In this role, you will:

• Prepare and calculate billing statements
• Prepare and submit tax forms
• Compile financial records and documents  and manage inventory records 
• Ensure the accounts receivable and payable are taken care of in a timely manner
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting manager such as but not limited to filing, indexing and emailing
• Assist in processing government compliances like SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
• Assist and consequently conduct financial and internal audits

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration major in Accounting or its equivalent
• Must have a basic knowledge in accounting entries and ledger, BIR reports and remittances, bookkeeping and asset inventory
• With 1 year or less relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong numeracy & analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Trainable, detail-oriented and can work with less supervision
• Proficient in using Google applications (Docs, Spreadsheet, etc.)
• Willing to work in Banilad office
